Our Finance Team is looking for a smart, experienced, and hardworking member to lead and manage accounting operations and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, driving efficiency, compliance and process improvements.
What you’ll be doing:
- Direct and oversee the accounting operations teams, including Procure-to-Pay function (AP), Payroll, Fixed Assets and Lease accounting with a focus on internal controls, standardizing processes, close optimization and accuracy
- In charge of development and implementation of new procedures and AI tools to automate the accounting process.
- In charge of accrued commission with Sales team and accrued warranty with Supply chain team.
- Review GL codings in Purchase Requisition
- Liaise and participate in workflow design with other system administrators on processes, policies, systems and compliance, as well as drive and support the implementation of accounting systems where necessary
- Own month-end close process, including ensuring account balances are fully reconciled, and reviewing supporting schedules
- Work with external auditors and manage audit requests to drive timely completion of quarterly reviews and annual audits
- Provide training to new and existing staff
What You'll Need:
- BA/BS in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum 8+ years Accounting and Finance experience with Public Accounting expertise
- CPA is required
- Recent experience as Accounting Manager or Corporate Accounting Manager is required
- Financial systems knowledge and expertise with financial business applications (NetSuite preferred)
- Demonstrated strong leadership skills, high energy, initiative and creativity - with a proven ability to manage significant initiatives across the organization, as well as develop and motivating staff
- Orientation toward process and detail mindedness
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills and superior accounting skills
- Clear and confident communicator, both written and verbally
- The desire to improve broken processes and make your own job easier
- Proficient knowledge of MS Excel, Word and GSuite
What we offer:

The salary range for this position is: $175,000 to $195,000
Compensation will be determined based on several factors including, but not limited to: skill set, years of experience and the employee’s geographic location.
