Tarana seeks a Director of Quality to develop our quality systems and related business processes further as the company transitions to mass production. The Director of Quality will assess the company requirements in all facets of quality management, from product design control through production to customer order acceptance, customer service, corrective action, and internal audit. As a by-product of the above actions, the Director of Quality will position Tarana to achieve ISO 9000 certification within 18-24 months.
Close collaboration with Tarana’s product development, operations, customer support, and product management teams is required. This role requires deep knowledge of quality systems and system implementation to train company employees and guide the creation and implementation of effective systems appropriate to Tarana’s growing business.
Qualified applicants with solid project management, people management, and communication skills will have a hands-on approach to leading quality system creation and implementation. The person for this position has a positive, team-first attitude, leads by example, enjoys sharing knowledge to advance the team, and is willing to learn and master new technologies. You will be working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

The salary range for this position is $200,000 to $230,000
